As well we as fighting robots, we enjoy attending charity and school events. Lorna is a committee member of Whitchurch Cancer Research Relay for life and we have a strong relationship with local schools. Introducing and teaching robotics to both the younger and older generations is deeply rewarding and if we can help raise money along the way even better.

We have built a mini arena from a wooden pallet and even a couple of small Beetleweight robots children and adults can have a go driving and battling. Not only is this fun to do, but can encourage interest in engineering and electronics. Both trades are desperately low and in need for more people to join. Despite not appearing on the TV show Robot Wars (yet), we are valued members of the community, attending regular events and have plenty of stories to tell and share.  The heavyweight just as a static display is something to admire, just by its sheer size and power alone. Sometimes we can persuade other roboteers to join us and bring robots you will recognise.

If you wish us to attend your event, don't hesitate to get in touch. If we can get there and are available we will be happy to turn up.
